God promised Abraham that he and his descendants would multiply and be fruitful (Genesis 17:7), but there seemed to be a contradiction to this—he was nearly 100 years old and childless. However, Abraham knew that God had the authority to make His WORD happen and he would one day have descendants. He chose his covenant with God over the contradiction, and we must choose to do the same!
