Relief Team: ‘Boots on the Ground’ Following Recent Tornadoes

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

On Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1, 2023, a batch of ferocious storms and tornadoes broke out across the Midwestern, Southern and Eastern United States. Numerous tornadoes were reported in multiple states, crushing homes, businesses and buildings; as well as causing dozens of injuries and casualties.

The Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Eagle Mountain International Church Relief Team deployed the evening of April 1 to Arkansas to check on Partners and Friends following the large tornado that tore through Little Rock.

The team’s first stop was to help our ministry Partner—Pastor Happy Caldwell at Agape Church in Little Rock. Agape Church, along with the onsite television studio, sustained significant property damage. Our team went to work immediately, cutting trees and removing debris for Sunday’s church service. They also checked for property damage and prepared the sanctuary for new carpet and more.

We are happy to report that they were still able to have church outside!

The Relief Team worked at Agape Church for three days. They also contacted Partners and Friends in the region impacted by these storms, with none reporting damage. Praise God!

Additionally, our Relief Team ministered the gift of salvation to multiple municipal employees they came in contact with, including phone technicians, electricians and water crew. This resulted in 29 salvations!

Please remember to add your supply of faith and pray for everyone impacted in these storms. The KCM Relief Team is made possible by the financial support and prayers of our Partners. So, if you are a Partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries or a member of Eagle Mountain International Church, thank you. Your support through prayer and giving affects lives spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially worldwide!
