Do you ever think about dying, and it scares you? If so, you’re not alone. The fear of death is the master fear that controls all other fear, and in today’s world, people are overcome with fear of all sorts of things. But all fear comes down to the fear of death. If you find yourself in fear, all you need to do is renew your mind to the truth of God’s Word, which says there is no fear in death when you are in Christ Jesus!

Isn’t this good news? We are set free from death and bondage because Jesus was sent to destroy them. Jesus came, and through death, He destroyed him who had the power of death, the devil. He delivered us from the bondage that the fear of death brings.
There is no fear in death because Jesus delivered us from death! Death no longer has victory over us (1 Corinthians 15:55) , and the devil can’t legitimately threaten us with death anymore. He has been defeated!
But if we don’t settle this issue, and if we aren’t walking free from the law of sin and death, then the devil can use that against us to put us in bondage to the fear of death.
If you’ve asked Jesus into your life, rejoice in knowing Jesus has delivered you from the fear of death. Don’t let the devil deceive you…There is no fear in death anymore!
