When King Jehoshaphat was faced with a large and powerful army, he went before The LORD and reminded Him of His Covenant promises to protect His people and their land. Then, The LORD spoke through Jahaziel to the people: “The battle is not yours, but God’s” (2 Chronicles 20:15). Believe and confess His Covenant promises that protect you from every enemy.
“I am thankful for my Covenant with Almighty God- a healing, prosperity and protection covenant, He is my God, and I am His child. I praise, You, LORD, for Your mercy endureth for ever!”
And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto The LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise The LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.
