So, the next time you experience anxiety, anger or sadness, give yourself a dose of healthy, natural, life-giving medicine—laugh. It’ll help improve your mood, strengthen your body, and balance your emotions. And what’s better? It’s free. It’s that joy, given directly from the Lord, that will give you the strength you need to overcome any adversity (Nehemiah 8:10) because, as Keith Moore says, “The joy of the Lord is inside [every Christian believer].”
