How to Prepare for a Week of Restoration at SWBC 2025

Time is running out for registration at SWBC 2025. There is still space available for you and your loved ones. Get in the room and prepare for a life-altering moment in Fort Worth. From revelation to healing, from worship to watching you kids receive the blessing of their lives. There is something for everyone at the Southwest Believers’ Convention.

As you plan your travel, pack your bags and get ready for THE BLESSING OF THE LORD, there are some things you need to know. It’s not like the past 43 years; there are some new things for you to do

NOTE: Some of these new measures may prevent an on-time arrival or even prevent entry to the Fort Worth Convention Center.

These are new regulations ensure the safety and security of you and your loved ones. There are new ways to navigate the accessibility options at SWBC 2025. However, you must print, bookmark, and read this to understand what to expect.

This year’s Southwest Believers’ Convention is about providing a place for you to get quiet. You need to hear the Holy Spirit’s voice and receive whatever you need from God—renewal, direction, healing or provision. And while the Lord works everywhere, there’s something special about being in the room with other believers who are seeking His voice and presence for themselves.

That corporate anointing can be affirming and life-changing. Ready?

The Fantastic Four (Things You Can’t Forget)

Please save this email for important information that may apply to you or people you know, as we enter this exciting and life-changing week.

  • On Sunday, check in early! Beat the lines or prepare to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Enter through Houston Street for the check-in location. That’s a must.
  • Please keep your badge with you at all times, as you won’t be able to enter the arena without it.
  • Most importantly, check-in for the convention is required. There will be no exceptions for safety. On that note, if you have kids coming for Superkid Academy or 14forty, they must have a signed waiver before attending (available upon registration).

Sunday Extra

Although the schedule runs from Monday, July 28, to Saturday, August 2, there are a couple of items to note on Sunday, July 27, in your day planner.

  • Eagle Mountain International Church (EMIC) is holding a service for SWBC guests and KCM partners, followed by a Welcome Home Celebration. If you need a ride from downtown Fort Worth to church, our EMIC shuttles are available (and free) for pickup and drop-off on Sundays, July 27 and August 3. Additionally, registration for the complimentary shuttle service is necessary.
  • You can check in EARLY for SWBC 2025 at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Why is that important? Everyone must register AND check in before entering the main arena.
  • If you want to know how Christians should engage with the government and reach for the righteousness we’re destined to experience in America, FlashPoint will be LIVE on stage at 6 p.m. Join Gene Bailey and his guests.

Registration and Participation

To ensure we have enough people to serve you, your children, your grandchildren, and your loved ones, everyone must register to be in the room. That news may be expected, but one thing that is different in 2025 is that everyone must check in upon arrival.

It’s FREE. Your preregistration is greatly appreciated as it helps us prepare for the event. To register by phone, please call 1-800-600-7395. Everyone is encouraged to check in upon arrival at the event.

Testify

Have you ever wanted to share with KCM and the world about how God changed your life at the Southwest Believers’ Convention? It’s always a blessing to hear from you at VICTORY Central, but we have two other ways for you to share your testimony!

  • VIDEO – We will have a dedicated crew seeking praise reports of physical healing, financial restoration, emotional peace, and restored relationships through the power of God!
  • QR CODES – If you want someone to get back with you via email or video call, find the Testimony QR Code, scan it, fill out the brief questionnaire, and someone from KCM Communications will get back to you and help you let your praises get heard!

Get Prayed Up

There is nothing more critical for preparing for SWBC 2025 than opening your mind and releasing your spirit to receive what is waiting for you in Fort Worth. See? THE BLESSING is already there! The Holy Spirit is waiting for you, but you need to be prayed up! Get ready to make the most of this–it’s not a vacation, but a destination!

You will take off work, get a nice outfit, prepare your travel plans, let people know you won’t be available, and withdraw some spending money for the Fort Worth Stockyards. But do NOT forget to pray ahead of time.

Take time to spend alone with God and prepare your heart as fertile soil. There will be seeds of growth, healing, rejuvenation, and peace. It’s coming, but water that field first to receive your harvest!
