Word of the Week: How to be Strong in the End Times—Part 2

You can’t rely on physical exercise for your spirit because it’s the spirit that sustains the body—not the other way around. Developing a strong spirit will have to come by spiritual activity. This includes reading, studying and confessing the Word; praying, praising, rejoicing, giving and most importantly—standing in FAITH.
