Relief Team Deploys After Fierce Tornadoes Hit Texas

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

On Monday, March 21, 2022, an EF3 tornado hit Jacksboro, Texas, and multiple smaller tornadoes hit Bowie, Texas. These fierce tornadoes destroyed many businesses and homes.

The Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Eagle Mountain International Church Relief Team quickly went to work and identified 36 KCM Partners in these areas. On March 23, our team went to personally check on them and pray with them. We discovered that two Partners had damage. On March 25, our Relief Team volunteer crew deployed to assist with storm damages and cleanup in the affected areas.

Here are testimonies from our KCM Partners:

Amy Stone

A single mother of three boys, Amy and her family were at home during the tornado and were able to shelter under the stairwell. Thankfully, none of them was injured. However, her home was inundated with debris from the home behind her, with some of the boards stuck in the interior walls of her house. Our Relief Team was able to remove all the debris from her yard and home, giving her family a safe environment to begin the rebuilding process. She was so thankful and blessed for KCM and EMIC coming to her aid in a time of need!

Jerry Jackson

When Jerry returned home after the storm, he was thankful to only find tree damage and a few shingles missing. We were able to assist him in cutting up and loading a large pecan tree and several smaller cedar trees. These efforts relieved him of several thousand dollars of out-of-pocket expenses and were completed in a much safer manner than if he had cut them up himself. He was so blessed that KCM and EMIC would send people to help!

We are humbled and thankful to be a part of helping our Partners and Friends when disaster strikes. Please keep those affected by these Texas tornadoes in your prayers, as they seek to clean up and rebuild in Jacksboro and Bowie, Texas.

The KCM Relief Team is made possible by the financial support and prayers of our Partners. So, if you are a Partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries or a member of Eagle Mountain International Church, thank you. Your support through prayer and giving affects lives spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially worldwide!
