Are You Being Deceived? 4 Ways to Guard Against Deception

Are You Being Deceived?

Are you being deceived? It’s a valid question to ask yourself. With so many voices and opinions vying for our attention, it can be challenging for anyone to sort truth from fiction.

In the last days, the Bible tells us many will be deceived.

Are you one of them?

Throughout the Scriptures, we are warned against the dangers of deception—not only in the end times but also in our day-to-day lives.

If you think about it, guarding against deception in our everyday lives is what ultimately prepares us to do so in the end times. It’s not something most of us think about every day, but we must give it attention, or it will sneak up on us and overtake us without our even knowing it.

Are you being deceived? The very definition of deception means that those who are deceived do not know or believe they are deceived. So, it’s vital that we, as believers, are on guard against this trap from the enemy and diligently seek after the truth found only in God’s Word.

Here are four ways to guard against deception to keep you strong, free and living in the truth!

1. Know the Definition of Deception

One thing you need to know right off is this: anyone can be subject to deception. No one is immune.

In fact, thinking you can’t be deceived means you already are.

In her recent teaching on the dangers of deception, Pastor Terri Copeland Pearsons shared the first step to guarding your heart against deception, which is to know the definition of deception. First, it’s essential to understand what deception is not.

When you do something wrong—and you know it’s wrong—that’s not deception. That’s making a really poor choice. The only deception in this is the idea that there will be no consequence to what you’re doing.

True deception is much deeper. It comes when you get swept away by a wrong idea, but you’ve become convinced that it is truth. That’s what Timothy was talking about when he said, “For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths” (2 Timothy 4:3-4).

“Itching ears” are those that only want to be told what they want to hear. They want the message of God restyled to fit the times and the flow of society. This leads to mixing truth and falsehood until the accurate picture of Christ and Christianity is no longer presented.

That’s the definition of deception—being swept away into believing as truth what you didn’t believe previously. That’s what happened in the Garden of Eden.

The nature of deception is a work of fear that begins with questioning. Adam and Eve believed what God said about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil until another voice came along and told them they should question that truth. Then, they started to lean away from the truth through their own questioning: Is that what He really said? Is He trying to keep something from us?

Instead of going back to the Source, they let questioning lead them away. That’s deception.

2. Prepare Ahead of Time

Knowing how easy it is to be swept away into deception, Paul strongly warned us to “take heed” in 1 Timothy 4:16.

To take heed means to beware, perceive and consider carefully. That means we need to prepare ahead of time to judge those things that present themselves as truth. And we should be able to discern quickly and accurately, using the knowledge we have built up.

Guarding against deception is proactive.

Don’t wait until something comes up to try and figure out if it is truth or deception. Be ready for it.

How do you get ready?

You spend regular time in the Word of God. And don’t let the input of the world outweigh the input of God’s Word in your life. Your time praying and fellowshipping with the Lord is the greatest preparation for standing firm in the last days.

When some new thought or idea comes along—like the idea that homosexuality is acceptable—you won’t be swept away by the ever-changing cultural norms. You’ll stand firm in the light of the truth you already know.

Pastor Terri says, “If you analyze something with your own thoughts and opinions, you are setting yourself up for deception. As believers, we have our own measuring stick—another foundation on which to base our perceptions.” That measuring stick is God’s Word.

There will be greater and greater challenges at the end of the age, and the Bible tells us that large numbers of people in the Body of Christ will be led astray (Luke 21:8). That warning is not meant to scare us, but to help us. When we prepare ahead of time to combat the devil’s tactics, we are guarding against deception.

3. Compare Everything to the Word of God

Whenever an idea, philosophy or doctrine is presented, you never have to wonder if it’s true. All you have to do is compare everything to the Word of God, and you will have your answer—that’s how you guard against deception.

There are plenty of people out there who are willing and ready to cause deceit—especially when it helps them to justify their wrong or sinful living. Causing deceit means pressuring someone to accept as true or valid, something that is not true.

We’re seeing a lot of it these days.

There are those who want to believe it is acceptable to the Lord when they choose to vote for candidates whose views oppose the Word of God. That is deception. (Find A Prayer to Break the Spirit of Deception HERE.)

There are even Christians who have been deceived by the world into thinking homosexuality and abortion are somehow acceptable. That’s deception because it isn’t based on the truth of God’s Word.

Deception also disregards God’s law of sowing and reaping. To be deceived is to think you can plant apple seeds and harvest pears, to believe you can plant seeds of hate and reap life and love, or that you can plant seeds of anger and reap peace.

Galatians 6:7 says God is not mocked; whatever a man sows, he will also reap. You can’t sow one thing and get another.

There is also a fine line between something that is valid and something that is true.

Something that is valid is not absolute in itself. For example—it is a valid fact that COVID-19 is real and has taken lives. But the truth is that Jesus bore COVID-19 for you on the cross, and when you’re born again and have faith in what Jesus did for you, it is no longer a threat to you.

When you compare everything to the Word of God, you will guard against deception.

Watch Kenneth and Gloria Copeland teach you how to meditate on the Word of God.

 4. Live By Faith

Finally, to guard against deception, you’ve got to live by faith. That’s what will keep you out of deception.

There will always be challenges in this world. Even we, as faith people, will face them. But one thing is different for us. We know the truth. So don’t be deceived into thinking that anything less than victory is God’s will for you.

The world will tell you to expect defeat, failure, sickness and disease, broken relationships, and financial trouble. When you live by faith, you believe the truth in God’s Word, which says:

  • “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” (Philippians 4:13)
  • “Nothing is impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37)
  • “All things are possible to him who believes.” (Mark 9:23)
  • “The victory that overcomes the world is my faith!” (1 John 5:4)
  • “God always causes me to triumph!” (2 Corinthians 2:14)

God’s Word is truth, and His Word says we will always come out on top. Pastor Terri says, “We are the proof of His victory.” Praise God!

Study these four ways to guard against deception and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth. Be alert, keep yourself prepared, and dig your heels deep into God’s Word. Refuse to budge from its truth, and you will stand firm now and in the days to come. You can guard yourself against deception!

How to Fortify Your Borders During a Crisis

How to Fortify Your Borders in a Crisis

Do you have a strong spiritual fortress around you, or are there holes in your borders? Find out how you can fortify your borders and keep the devil out!

READING TIME: 6 MINUTES

One small breach is all it takes.

A family who lived on the border of a wildlife preserve learned just that.

They owned some land where they kept several miniature horses as pets. One day, as they were walking the property, they saw a small area of the fence on the border of their land that was broken. They didn’t think much of it. It was a small space, after all. So, they decided to wait to fix it.

One day, the woman of the house looked out the window and saw a lion devouring her favorite miniature horse! That one small, unfortified area of their fence had cost them dearly.

The Bible speaks of fortified cities as those intentionally built to prevent enemies from overtaking them. Every hole or breach in the wall was constantly attended to and filled, leaving no gaps. (See scriptures that emphasize the importance of fortified borders HERE.)

Fortified=strong and secure. That’s why God told Jeremiah, “Today I have made you strong like a fortified city that cannot be captured” (Jeremiah 1:18).

He’s saying the same thing to you today. It’s time to put a stop to the enemy sneaking through the small, broken areas of your life, and shut him out for good. It’s time to fortify your borders and keep the devil out—not only during a crisis, but every day.

Here’s how.

1. Fortify the Borders Around Your Physical Body

Can you feel it? He’s circling. Prowling like a lion to see whom he may devour.

What’s he looking for? Holes in the fence around your border. How can you fortify it?

Take an inventory of the borders around your physical body.

Where has the enemy taken ground in your health? Does he have you convinced:

  • That you’ll always have those allergies?
  • That you’ll never be able to lose weight?
  • That you’re certain to inherit your father’s heart disease?
  • That you’ll contract COVID-19?

Don’t leave even a small breach in your fence. Fortify the borders around your body with these simple tools:

  • Speak ONLY health and healing.
  • Don’t blow a hole in your borders with your words.
  • Obey natural laws—diet, exercise, stay out of stress, laugh.
  • Read healing scriptures, even when you think you don’t need them.
  • Expect to live in divine health all the days of your life.
  • Plead the blood of Jesus over your physical health regularly.
  • Declare Psalm 91 protection over your health every day.
  • Rebuke the enemy, and tell him to get lost!
  • Listen to Gloria Copeland teach Healing School on VICTORY as often as possible.

And one more thing. Be joyful! Even during a crisis. Joy fortifies you with supernatural power when you start to weaken. Nehemiah 8:10 says, “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” That’s not only spiritual, mental and emotional strength, but physical strength, as well.

2. Fortify the Borders Around Your Money

Now that your health is taken care of, let’s move over to finances. The enemy has come to your borders to steal from you—and not just a few pennies either. He wants it all. He is against you—against your happiness, against your ability to give to others, and against your ability to live the abundant life Jesus died to provide you.

He’s especially eager to break in during a crisis, when your faith might be challenged.

So, what do you do to prevent thieves in the natural from stealing your goods? You lock your doors, you might have a car alarm, you protect your PIN number on your debit card. You take steps to keep the thieves out.

You need to do the same thing in the spirit realm. Here are some of the ways to protect yourself from the ultimate financial thief.

  • Tithing. This is a biggie. And it’s simple, really. No tithing, no borders. Even in a crisis. Why do you think the devil has worked overtime to keep people convinced it’s unnecessary? Don’t be caught with your borders open. Tithe!
  • Giving. How does giving money away protect your money? Easy. It keeps you in line with God’s Word (obedience is a major fortifier), prevents you from loving money, and keeps you in a continual flow of sowing and reaping. Walls sealed.
  • Staying Out of Debt. Ooh. Here’s where it gets sticky. You need it now, you want it now, and hey, zero interest for 90 days! Cool! No. Not cool. And it’s a trap. When you borrow money, you’re moving into a covenant with a lender—a lender who suddenly has the authority to blow holes in the walls around your finances. Best to stay clear.
  • Speaking Right Words. Can’t seem to get ahead financially? Facing a financial crisis? How can we put this delicately? You need to watch your big mouth. Yep. That’s the ticket. Keeping your words in line with God’s Word is the way to increase. Keep telling the world or yourself that you’ll never get ahead, or you don’t have any money—and guess what? That’s precisely what you’ll get.

And one more thing. Rebuke the enemy! Tell him to get his grubby hands off your stuff. Do everything that’s been mentioned, even if you don’t think you’re in a place to do so. It won’t be long before the borders around your money will be impenetrable and you’ll see increase like never before—even during a crisis.

 3. Fortify the Borders Around Your Marriage

Don’t think the enemy is content to just go after your health and money. No. He wants your marriage, too. In fact, he knows if he can dismantle marriages, he can destroy families and usually pull off a full assault on their health and money at the same time.

Your marriage is a treasure.

It represents Christ and the Church. It is a gift from God. And He desires that all marriages stay together. A strong, intact family is a blessing and a witness to the world. And for so many other reasons, it keeps you happy and healthy!

During crisis, there can be a strain on your relationships. So, work to fortify the borders around your marriage. It will be worth every bit of effort. Here are a few things you can do to keep the enemy out of your marriage:

  • Stay out of strife—no matter what. You aren’t always right, and even when you are, it’s not worth fighting about. Share your feelings, but don’t let anger or pride get the best of you.
  • Put your spouse first. It’s easy to think of yourself and your needs, but by turning the focus on your spouse and his or her needs, you’ll foster the kind of relationship most people only dream of. Plus, you’ll inspire your spouse to want to meet your needs even more!
  • Leave and cleave. When you get married, you are joined to your spouse, who now takes the primary position over your extended family. Be sure that your spouse always comes first and that you have honored the Lord’s command to leave and cleave.
  • Guard against intruders. If the enemy can’t get in on his own, he’ll try to send reinforcements in the way of temptations from the opposite sex. Guard yourself and your marriage by deciding not to spend time alone with the opposite sex. If anyone becomes a threat to your marriage, end that relationship.

Watch Gloria Copeland and Billye Brim teach you the best way to pray over your family.

 4. Fortify the Borders Around Your Faith

This last border is the most important of all, and it can be especially challenged during a crisis. That’s why, when Peter had denied Jesus and would go on to face more trials, Jesus told Peter that He prayed one simple prayer for him—“that your faith may not fail you” (Luke 22:32).

Of all the borders Jesus was most concerned about fortifying, it was not Peter’s health, finances or relationships that topped the list—it was his faith.

How can you fortify your faith?

  • Keep yourself separated from the world. Don’t let the media, television, friends or family talk you into abandoning what you know is true.
  • Keep the Word of God going in your ears all the time. Remember: Low Word Level=Low Faith Level=Slip. Don’t slip.
  • Choose your friends wisely. Did you know people who spend time with those who are making poor choices are more likely to make those choices themselves? Who you spend time with matters. The wise walk with the wise. Spend time with people who are full of faith, and it will fortify your own faith.
  • Praise God Every Day. When you praise God, you fortify your faith and loose His presence into your situation.

You can fortify the borders in your life—even during a crisis! You don’t have to tolerate attacks in any area—Jesus came to give you an abundant life. All you have to do is build a fortress so strong, nothing can penetrate it!

Watch Gloria Copeland and Billye Brim teach you how to use your authority in Christ Jesus.

KCM and The Joseph Storehouse Meet Practical Needs During Pandemic

The Joseph Storehouse

One of the ways Kenneth Copeland Ministries is meeting practical needs during the COVID-19 pandemic is by partnering with The Joseph Storehouse.

Note: This video was filmed before social distancing guidelines.

Run by former marine, Tom Westberry and his wife Kim, The Joseph Storehouse is a non-profit grocery store located in Haltom City, Texas, where they serve people in times of need, whether it be those who have lost jobs, are homeless, or are facing a challenging time in their finances.

“I love this model because it offers people a hand up instead of a handout,” Tom explains. “Although you have to qualify to shop here, we help anyone who is struggling.”

Located in a 50,000 square-foot building, this non-profit grocery store is based on the model God gave Joseph in the Bible: Gather food during times of prosperity, and sell to those in need during times of famine.

“With KCM’s help, we’ve created a ministry that provides food at deeply discounted prices,” Tom says.

In addition to the grocery store, The Joseph Storehouse also has a church that meets on-site, as well as discipleship training, weekly chapel services and other programs. Last Sunday, more than 100 cars joined in for the Resurrection Sunday service, and 51 people prayed the prayer of salvation!

Additionally, The Joseph Storehouse is currently in the process of launching a transitional life center to train people in new careers. Of the more than 40,000 members who have come through the center, 30 percent no longer need their help within one year.

Tom says of why he thinks this is the case: “Our goal is to be a demonstrator of Christ’s love, not just talk about it.”

If you are a Partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries, it’s because you pray and because you give that this partnership is possible. Thank you for helping us impact lives all over the world, and we pray that you will receive a hundredfold return on every seed sown!

Did You Know?

At least 10% of every donation received at Kenneth Copeland Ministries is sown into other ministries and outreaches around the world like The Joseph Storehouse. We call this twice-sown seed, and it’s powerful! If you’d like to learn more about partnering with us as we reach the world with the uncompromised Word of God, go to https://www.kcm.org/partnership.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM) has been looking for ways to be a vessel through which God can touch people’s lives with His victorious Word and love. In addition to ministering God’s Word of faith and hope all over the world using every available voice, we are also meeting tangible needs through various outreaches and ministries.

As Kenneth Copeland was praying recently, the Lord showed him a doctor on the frontlines who was crying out to Him for needed medical equipment and supplies, and the Lord instructed Brother Copeland to help. He immediately reached out to his friend and ministry Partner Dan Stratton, whose daughter, Danielle, is a doctor working on the frontlines in New Jersey hospitals near New York.

After contacting Danielle, Brother Copeland learned that two hospitals she worked at were in desperate need of equipment and medical supplies. As a result, Kenneth Copeland Ministries donated $25K to both the University Hospital in Newark, N.J., and the St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, N.J. Glory to God!

But there’s even more to this story. When Danielle delivered the news to one of the doctors at the hospital—that needed supplies and equipment would be coming and it was made possible by Kenneth Copeland Ministries—she shouted, “I’ve been a Partner with KCM for years!” She was the doctor crying out to God for needed supplies, and she’s a Partner with this ministry!

If you’re in need today, be encouraged. God hears your prayers, and He has a plan to meet every need!

Additionally, KCM helped purchase a large amount of Personal Protective Equipment and masks for the New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

If you are a Partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries, it’s because you pray and because you give that these donations to frontline hospitals needing COVID-19 supplies were possible. Thank you for helping us impact lives all over the world, and we pray that you will receive a hundredfold return on every seed sown!

6 Prayer Points in Response to COVID-19

6-Prayer-Points-COVID-19-Blog-Image-1500x1000

Wondering how to respond to the coronavirus as a Christian? Use these prayer points to take your place of authority.

Quarantines, resource shortages and the strain on the economy can leave many people feeling helpless during these challenging times. But make no mistake—you were made to conquer.

God has said He will always cause us to triumph (2 Corinthians 2:14). All we have to do is take the VICTORY He has assured us—and we do this by FAITH.

It may not seem like it, based on what the media has to say, but when it comes to the coronavirus, you are not helpless. In fact, you are needed in this hour—for such a time as this.

One powerful weapon you have at your disposal is prayer. Pastor George Pearsons wrote a Prayer of Agreement for Victory Over Coronavirus that you can get HERE. In addition, you can further assume the position of authority in Christ Jesus and use these 6 Prayer Points in Response to COVID-19. Your prayers are powerful and will produce wonderful results (James 5:16)!

1. Pray That the Church Will Be a Light

“A scared world needs a fearless Church.” These words of A.W. Tozer could not be more true than in today’s circumstances.

When trouble comes, we—the Church—should look different from everyone else. We should respond differently. In doing so, we will shine a light in a dark world that is without hope and peace—something most people are reaching for right now.

While the world spreads messages of fear and uncertainty, we are instructed not to be conformed to this world but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2). That means we don’t let the world tell us how to respond, we let the Word of God be our guide.

Pray that the Church will do the following:

  • Don’t feed fear. Our words and actions should stand out in the crowd. Instead of joining in with the fear-filled conversation, pray that we will be an encouragement instead and speak God’s Word of victory.
  • Exude confidence. While others are panicking, Christians should look different. We should bring hope and peace to an unsettling situation and demonstrate our faith.
  • Offer to help. Instead of hoarding resources, we can find ways to reach out to the community. Run errands for the elderly or pray for people over the phone who are experiencing fear.

 2. Pray for World Leaders

While so many people have used this opportunity to criticize leadership, Christians should be different. We must demonstrate the love of Christ, rather than a spirit of criticism.

First Timothy 2:1-3 says, “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior” (NKJV).

We can show love and support by praying for world leaders in the following ways:

  • Pray that every world leader would operate with wisdom, strength and guidance from God.
  • Pray for peace for all leaders.
  • Pray for cooperation among all leaders.
  • Pray for supernatural understanding and decision-making ability regarding COVID-19.

 3. Pray for Our Economy

The response to current circumstances has put a great strain on our economy—including small businesses. You can use your faith to pray for our economy in the following ways:

  • Pray that fear would cease, and economic activity would pick up again.
  • Pray for the financial health of small businesses.
  • Pray for a supernatural renewal of resources.
  • Pray for the protection of jobs for fellow believers.

Remember—we are not under the world’s economy—we are under God’s heavenly economy, and it NEVER FAILS. Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy. We have been given authority, and it’s time to pray him out of this situation and off our money in Jesus’ Name!

4. Pray for Psalm 91 Protection

There is no prayer more powerful than one prayed in faith and based on Scripture. Psalm 91 covers every aspect of the current circumstances with the power of Almighty God.

When you pray, you can declare scriptures in faith. You don’t have to ask if it is God’s will to protect you—His Word already says so!

  • Thank Him and praise Him that Psalm 91 protection is all around you.
  • Declare Psalm 91 protection over yourself, your family, your body and your home.
  • Don’t forget to pray for health care workers, grocery store personnel and others in essential roles who are on the front lines.
  • Recite Psalm 91 out loud and make it personal by putting your name in the verse.

Find A Personalized Declaration of Psalm 91 HERE.

5. Pray Against the Spirit of Fear

God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of POWER, love and a SOUND MIND. A sound mind doesn’t think and speak irrationally or stir up a spirit of fear among other people. It is EMPOWERED in any situation!

Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV) says, “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

You can pray against the spirit of fear as follows:

  • Bind Satan from operating and from spreading fear among your friends, relatives and country.
  • Loose a spirit of peace, power and a sound mind.
  • Declare 2 Timothy 1:7 over your life.

6. Pray That People Will Come to Christ

In difficult times, many are seeking answers. It is in uncertain times that many will turn to the Lord who wouldn’t have otherwise. We believe that the end-time harvest is here!

Here are some tips on how you can pray that people will come to Christ:

  • Pray that those who do not know the Lord will come to Christ and find the answers, not only in the current troubles, but with every need they face in their lives.
  • Pray for an awakening and that people would turn to Him when all other sources fail.

As you use these 6 Prayer Points in Response to COVID-19, you will not only impact the world around you, but build your own faith at the same time. Prayer is a powerful weapon, and it CHANGES things. Expect and believe for the power of God to descend upon His people in response to their faith, praise and prayer. We have the victory over the coronavirus (COVID-19)!

7. Bonus Prayer Point from Kenneth Copeland: Pray for a Supernatural Heatwave!

Join us as we pray, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, for a supernatural heatwave to kill COVID-19! As Brother Copeland was praying about the current situation concerning the coronavirus last week, the Holy Spirit instructed him to tell the Body of Christ to pray for heat like you would pray for rain. Why? The coronavirus cannot live in high temperatures, so a heat wave would kill it.

The Holy Spirit living inside of us has the answers to every problem we’ll ever face—which includes answers to this current pandemic. When we pray by the leading of the Holy Spirit, we will supernaturally shift the atmosphere to align with God’s will because we are praying His solution and provision into the earth!

KCM Disaster Relief Team Ministers in Nashville Following Tornadoes

DisasterRelief-TN-Blog-Image-1500x1000

On March 2-3, 2020, 13 tornadoes ripped through the Nashville, Tennessee, area. Following those events, Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM) sent out the KCM Disaster Relief Team to the area to check on the wellbeing of our Partners. As this short video shows, the team visited our Partners to pray for and give financial support to those families in an effort to encourage them in faith and to help them rebuild.

Of course, the Partners admitted that they handled the uncertainty of the storms just as they had learned from Kenneth and Gloria Copeland—they applied the Word. For years, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland have taught Christian believers to get the Word of God inside of them—to read it, study it, and apply it to their lives so that when they need to call upon that Word in faith, they’re ready to do so.

And that’s exactly what KCM’s Partners in the Nashville area did during this challenging time. Glory to God!

The KCM Disaster Relief Team is made possible by the financial support and prayers of our Partners. So if you are a Partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries, thank you. Your support through prayers and giving affects lives spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially worldwide.

Because you pray, and because you give, you make this possible! If you’d like to learn more about Partnership with KCM, visit https://www.kcm.org/partner.

And if you need prayer for any reason—whether you are a Partner with KCM or not—contact one of our prayer ministers at https://www.kcm.org/prayer-request. We’re here for you!

Generation Series: Real People. Real Faith.

We are Generation Faith

Watch our Generation Series, and see how the message of faith is changing generations!

For more than 50 years, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland have taught believers around the world how to live by faith and apply the Word of God to their everyday lives. The result? Generations of Spirit-led believers have learned how to rise up and walk by faith in God’s Word, no matter what their circumstances. With each generation, the knowledge of biblical truth grows. One generation learns from those who walked before them, and the ones after them will walk with even greater confidence, knowledge and power. That’s who we are!

We are Generation Faith born for such a time as this. From all over the world, across all ethnicities, we are sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers. We don’t blink at the promises of God. We stand in faith, across generations, taking God at His Word, pressing in by faith toward the victory that overcomes the world. We won’t give in. We won’t give up. We won’t back down. That’s who we are!

In our #GenerationSeries, you’ll watch raw, transparent testimonies from Generation Faith. You’ll hear how the message of faith changed their lives. We start out with those closest to Kenneth and Gloria Copeland. You’ll see how growing up in the Copeland family didn’t shortchange the challenges they have faced, but it gave them the tools they needed to stand in the midst of adversity. Like all believers, they have had to stir up their own faith as they stood for their futures, their children’s healings and even their own peace of mind.

Watch videos from this poignant series and hear again and again how the message of faith in God’s Word has transformed and impacted those who chose to put their faith in God’s Word—No matter what!

Generation Series Video #4: Overcoming Fear, Depression and Anxiety With Faith

In the fourth video of the Generation Series, Aubrey Oaks, daughter of George and Terri Pearsons, and Kenneth and Gloria Copeland’s granddaughter, shares how even though she grew up in a family of faith, she had to learn how to develop her own faith in God’s Word in order to overcome fear, anxiety, panic attacks and depression.

Generation Series Video #5: From Life on the Streets to a Life of Faith
